Laid out on 18 August 1924, the Paxton Hotel has been a landmark around here for a long time. Initially aimed at caring for the flourishing Paxton Mine across the street, our hotel has since developed into a vintage stay for travellers from all over, as a classic historical stay.

Booked for the night and got held up on the road rang ahead and food was prepared for us ! Got in tired but after a great feed had a few icy cold drinks the pub was awesome ! Refurbed communal bathroom but clean and tidy. I will definitely do another run to this hotel. Wife wants to come again too 😀She Loved the awesome verandah !
